What the request form collects

The request form asks for a callback phone number, the community where the property sits and what needs attention. Other fields, such as your name and a short project description, are optional. Do not enter sensitive documents, financial information or identity numbers.

Budget and planning tools calculate in the browser. You choose whether to attach their answers to a request, and downloaded notes stay with you unless you later share them.

Who receives your request

Smith Lake Seawall receives each request and passes it to a local contractor, who uses it to call you about the work. The form shows how your contact details will be used and shared, and nothing is sent unless you check the consent box.

To ask for a request to be deleted, email the address shown at the foot of each page and include the phone number you used. The contractor who received it may keep its own records, so ask that business too. No advertising analytics are configured.

Retention and the current form

Accepted requests expire from active access after 180 days, with scheduled maintenance removing expired records.

Optional tool and audience requests

Feature forms can additionally collect an optional email, property address, organization, transaction date, access notes and the project details you choose to enter. A selected warning-sign result or elevation comparison can accompany an explicit request. These are visitor-supplied observations and guidance, not verified inspection findings.

A neighbor invitation shares a random group code and the waterway or community name you enter. Anyone with the link can request to join. Do not put names, phone numbers or private addresses in that public community field.

Public invitation checks reveal no member list or contact details. Deleting or expiring the organizer’s request disables its invitation; submitted requests otherwise follow the site’s stated retention policy.

Calculator and questionnaire answers stay on your device unless you explicitly include a summary in a submitted request. Preview forms do not send or save a lead. No advertising analytics or payment service is added by these features.
