Smith Lake Seawall publishes shoreline information and may help connect an owner with a partner contractor. We do not perform construction, engineering, surveying or insurance adjustment. No contractor relationship is established by reading a guide or sending a request.
You select the professional and agree directly on scope, price, credentials and terms. A referral is not a certification of workmanship or a guarantee of availability.
Your information and a possible introduction
A project request may be shared with a partner contractor only under the consent shown on the form. Any applicable referral compensation terms should be explained before the introduction.
We read each request that comes in through the form and pass it to a local contractor, who may call you to discuss the work. You can say no, ask for a written scope and compare other bids.
